These Text Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Beach Hillel text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from Beach Hillel, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

Beach Hillel sends text messages to students, parents, community members, donors, event participants, volunteers, and others who have opted in. Messages may include information about Beach Hillel programs and events, event reminders, opportunities, community updates, follow-ups, and requests for support or donations.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by submitting the Beach Hillel text message opt-in form linked on our website at www.beachhillel.org and agreeing to the consent language on that form. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Beach Hillel. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of participating in any Beach Hillel program, event, or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on Beach Hillel programs, events, and your interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Beach Hillel. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@beachhillel.org.

Privacy

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Beach Hillel collects your name and mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide them, and uses them to send you information about Beach Hillel programs, events, and opportunities. Your phone number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf (such as GetThru/ThruText), and only as needed to provide that service. Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll it. If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before opting in.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

Changes to These Terms

Beach Hillel may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of participating in Beach Hillel programs or services. You may opt out of receiving text messages from Beach Hillel at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly at info@beachhillel.org. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Beach Hillel does not sell or rent your mobile phone number to third parties.

Promotions

Any offers, contests, giveaways, promotions, or similar activities advertised on this website are void where prohibited and may be subject to additional official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, or restrictions.
